This low impact interval training class is designed to burn calories, tone muscles and strengthen abs and core at your own intensity level making this suitable for all fitness levels. The program uses hand held weights, floor work and chair fitness combinations for a fun, effective workout. | ||||||||
Chair Fitness | ||||||||
This is functional strength training workout done using a chair to either sit or use for balance and geared for the beginner or participants with limited movements to help improve posture, balance, strength training, coordination, flexibility, circulation, range of motion. Light hand held weights is optional. | ||||||||
Dance Fit in the Circuit | ||||||||
Dance Fit in the Circuit is a fun effective cardio dance circuit program alternating between energizing dance fun to increase heart rate burn to a series of strength training exercises at timed intervals using body weight, dumbbells, and bands to tone and sculpt muscles. This combo boosts metabolism and helps participants to get strong in one fun and effective workout. |
