Swim, splash and slide your way to birthday fun! This birthday party package includes:
- One (1) hour exclusive Alder leisure pool swim, splash pad and waterslide for 30 people (including adults and children)
- Two (2) hour party room rental (one hour overlaps with the swim activity)
- Designed for children's birthday parties aged 14 and under
- Aquatic Admission Standards apply for all swims
- Cost: $275 (Resident) / $330 (Non-resident)

| What is the Aquatic Admission Standards? |

Supervision requirements are enforced at all swims and pool rentals. Our requirements indicate the maximum number of children that one responsible person, who is at least 14 years old, is able to supervise. 0 to 6 years old Children six (6) years of age or younger, regardless of swimming ability, must be directly supervised in the water by a parent or guardian at least fourteen (14) years of age, who is within arm’s reach, and able to render immediate assistance. Maximum of two (2) children per parent/ guardian. A facility swim test may be attempted to use the slide and participate in deep end activities. 7 to 9 years old Children ages seven to nine (7–9) who are non-swimmers and are unable to complete the facility swim test are required to wear an orange wristband, and must be directly supervised in the water by a parent or guardian at least fourteen (14) years of age who is within arm’s reach, and able to render immediate assistance. Maximum of two (2) children per parent/guardian. Children ages seven to nine (7–9) who are comfortable swimmers and able to complete the facility swim test are required to wear a green wristband, and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at least fourteen (14) years of age who maintains visual contact and remains in the pool viewing area at all times. Children 10 and older Children ten (10) years of age or older do not require supervision by a parent/guardian.

| How early can we come to set up? |
| Entrance to the party room will be allowed 15 minutes prior to allow for party set-up. You will also be allowed 15 minutes following for room clean up. |
| Can I decorate the party room? |
| Yes, you can decorate the party room. You will have 15 minutes before the scheduled activity to access the party room. Please do not use staples, nails, tape or tacks on the walls of the room. Food, decorations, kitchenware, and appliances are not provided in the birthday party packages. |
| Who cleans up after the party? |
| We kindly ask that you put all garbage in the bins provided and request that you leave the facility in the same condition as when you arrived. |
| Can I extend the party room rental time? |
| Yes, subject to availability, extra party room time can be purchased within one (1) hour increments and are subject to the facility rental fees. Please complete the Facility Booking Request form or reach out to [email protected] with any questions. |
| What is the refund/cancellation policy? |
| Refund requests five (5) business days or more before the program date are subject to a $10 administration fee. Refund requests within five (5) business days of the program date are subject to a refund of 50% of the package fee. Please complete the Refund Request Form for any cancellations and refunds. |
| What do I need to bring? |
| You are welcome to bring in your own food, cake, drinks, and serving utensils for your guests. The room will be supplied with 3 tables for food/gifts, seating and tables for 40 guests. Please note that the room will not be staffed, and there is no access to a kitchen on site. |
