Application for a Consent

An application has been submitted for consent to sever a parcel of land at 19 McCarthy Street.

Purpose of the Application:

The application, made under Section 53 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c P.13, as amended, seeks consent to sever the property at 19 McCarthy Street into two properties, with the severed parcel being identified as 17 McCarthy Street. Currently, the two properties are merged on title under the Planning Act. No developments or redevelopments to the lot area are being proposed. There will be no changes to the frontage or depth of either parcel.

Written comments may be submitted to the Secretary-Treasurer of the Committee of Adjustment by mail or email by no later than August 27 at 4 p.m. These comments will become public record.
