We have received reports of several fraudulent companies operating in the area. The official Water Meter Upgrade Program will not:
  • 🚫 Require you to replace your water softener
  • 🚫 Involve your water filter
  • 🚫Contact you by phone to inform you they are arriving that day to complete an installation without an appointment
  • 🚫 Request any kind of payment or financial commitment
  • 🚫 Include the sale of any products
How can you identify our private contractors?
  • ✅ The installer will arrive at your pre-booked time.
  • ✅ All Neptune staff will have identifiable logos on their clothing and vehicle.
  • ✅ Each installer will have a badge with their name and number from Neptune and the Town.
  • ✅ Each installer and badge number can be confirmed by calling the Town.
