If you want to widen a driveway or cut a municipal curb for any type of construction or renovation work, you need to get a permit from the Town of Orangeville.

Application

Please complete the Driveway Widening and Curb Cut Application and submit it by email or drop it off to Town Hall located at 87 Broadway.

Applications will be process within ten (10) business days of receipt of a complete application form.

Fee

$50.00

Fees are subject to applicable HST and are due once application is approved.

A damage deposit of up to $500 may be required upon approval of permit and prior to initiating
any site works. The damage retainer shall be returned upon satisfactory completion of the work.
