You are invited to attend and participate in this meeting, either in-person or virtually and there are many ways to provide your input on this matter. The meeting can be viewed virtually at: youtube.com/OrangevilleCouncil
Any member of the public wanting to participate in this Public Meeting may:
• Address Council in-person or virtually by submitting a Delegation Form from the portal on the Town’s website at orangeville.ca/howtopresent or emailing the form to [email protected] by 10:00 am on the day of the meeting.
• Call-in to the meeting to raise questions or voice comments, by dialing 1-289-801-5774 and entering Conference ID: 487 346 145# after 7:00 p.m. on the evening of the Public Meeting. Callers will be invited to provide their questions or comments following the conclusion of the meeting presentation(s).
• Written comments may also be submitted prior to the meeting and can be addressed to the Mayor and Members of Council, and/or the staff contact provided below. All written comments received will be taken into consideration through the overall review of this proposed by-law and will become a matter of public record.
