Minor Variance Application

An application has been submitted for a minor variance at 21 Centre Street to Zoning By-law No. 22-90, as amended. The property is zoned as “Multiple Residential Medium Density (RM1).”

Purpose of the Application:

The application, made under Section 45 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c P.13, as amended, is seeking a minor variance to Zoning By-law No. 22-90, as amended, to reduce the rear yard from 10 to 6.1 metres. If approved, it would allow the applicant to construct a multiple dwelling.

Written comments may be submitted to the Secretary-Treasurer of the Committee of Adjustment by mail or email by no later than September 24 at 4 p.m. These comments will become part of the public record.
