An application has been submitted for a minor variance at 324 Perry Road to Zoning By-law No. 22-90, as amended. The property is zoned as “Residential Sixth Density (R6).”
Purpose of the Application:
The application, made under Section 45 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c P.13, as amended, is seeking a minor variance to Zoning By-law No. 22-90, as amended, to increase the rear yard encroachment for stairs from 0.6 metres to 1.57 metres. If approved, it would allow the applicant to construct below-grade entry stairs.
